Charters and Outbound Airport Departures

Sedan/SUV/Van Pickups

EXCEPT early AM airport pickups

at homes and commercial buildings we will be waiting in front of the building, inside the vehicle.  If the passenger has not appeared at the appointed time, we will call the cell phone listed on the initial reservation and if there is no answer we will leave a message.  We will wait three more minutes and call any secondary numbers if we have not yet heard from the passenger or client. 

Sedan/SUV/Van Pickups

We will station in the driveway if possible, turn off the headlights if possible and open the trunk and; unless specifically requested, we will not call the client until at least six minutes after the appointed time to avoid waking family members.

Limousine Pickups

We will park as close to the entrance door as safely possible, exit the vehicle and announce our arrival at the door or reception area.

Minibus/Bus Pickups

We will park as close to the entrance door as safely possible.  We will remain with the vehicle and call the contact number to announce our arrival.

Meet inside no charge – Tarmac meet can be requested but typically adds 10-15 minutes to exit time.

Station vehicle in Cell Phone Lot – Call client when plane arrives – Pull into “Limousine / Shuttle” Lane – Display sign in window reading passenger name.
