DOR1 Protcol

  1. Never say or write the name of the company we are working for. Always refer to the trips as DOR.
  2. Report any issues or any questions immediately to Chris Rambo or, if no answer, whoever is next on the Call Tree.
  3. Bus Captains must keep a passenger count by individual leg in real time and enter it on the Daily Sheet at the end of the day.
  4. Since you will enter the passenger counts by trip at the end of the day you will need to keep a log on paper during the day.
  5. Here is a link to a blank trip log. Print out a number of copies and keep in your supplies. Here is a sample personal trip log.
  6. If anyone requests a change in routing, give them these phone numbers for Jake Hartman 717-701-2554 or 301-333-8881
  7. Only Jake Hartman or his office can authorize you to change routing.
  8. Start the day at 1401 Greenbrier Pkwy, Chesapeake VA 23320.
  9. Follow the routing on the DOR Directions page.
  10. From 06:00am – 07:30am both buses will run continuous loops between the Mall and 1920 Campostella Road, Ste. C, Chesapeake VA 23324
  11. After 7:30am or when all passengers have been transferred, one bus will stage at each location and operate as needed from those locations.
  12. Each Bus Captain must have the other Bus Captain’s cell phone to alert them if a switch is needed.
  13. The opposite point staging will continue until 12:35pm. At that time the bus at Greenbrier will move to Campostella.
  14. From 12:45pm – 2:30pm both shuttles will run continuous loops from Campostella to Greenbrier.
  15. The final drop will be at 2:30pm unless a change is made by Jake Hartman or an A Goff Manager.
  16. The Daily Sheet will be completed BEFORE departing Greenbrier for Ballentine at the end of the day.
  17. Any issues must be noted.

  19. Always wear a mask.
  20. Never go in any building where the guests go in.
